One-Time Pest Control Service
For customers that have a one-time problem (spiders, ants, centipedes, millipedes, pillbugs, earwigs, or crickets) and are not in need of a regular pest control service.
Monthly Pest Control Service
Regular preventative services are most often used by commercial customers for general pest control and rodents when they are required by law. (Restaurants, Manufacturing, Apartments, etc.)
Every Other Month Service
A regular preventative service for some commercial customers and residential customers. This is the recommended service for general pests, mice, and stingers inside your home because the insecticide residual is effective for 60 days, so by maintaining the exterior of your home you are protected year-round. You are given a 365-day warranty on pest issues on the interior of your home with this service.
Custom Service
For both commercial and residential customers. It is similar to the Every Other Month Service, but instead of 6 services per year, there are only four. This is a more economical service plan because it eliminates the winter services. We recommend customer services from April to October. The custom service comes with a 60-day warranty.
Rodent Service
This service is for mice and rats. Our goal is to identify where the rodents are getting inside the home or business. Once these areas are identified we will seal up the rodent entry points, set taps inside to remove the current population, and schedule a return visit in 2-3 days to remove the trapped rodents. This service typically comes with a 6-month warranty but is dependent upon our ability to inspect and access the entire structure.
Cockroach Service
These services can be in commercial or residential settings. The approach is to use a combination of different tools to eliminate the infestations as quickly as possible. This service requires customer cooperation, and we provide a prep-sheet that needs to be followed. Cockroaches can be eliminated in a few services with customer cooperation but can linger on without assistance from the customer or tenant.
Bed Bug Service
This service requires a lot of customer cooperation. We provide prep-sheets that need to be followed in aiding in
the elimination of the pest problem. We only provide conventional treatments for bed bugs, meaning we use insecticides. We do not offer heat treatments but can provide recommendations upon request. The average bed bug service takes 2 to 3 visits to eliminate, and depends greatly upon customer cooperation.
Pantry Pest Services
Common pantry pests include; Indian Meal Moth, Cloth Moth, Grain Beetles, and Dermestid Beetles. These services are focused on inspecting the infested areas in an attempt to find the source of the infestation. Once the source has been identified, the remaining insects can be either treated or trapped. Typical service requires 2 visits.
Stinging Insect Service
For Yellow Jackets, Paper Wasps, Bald Faced Hornets, and Honeybees. The service begins with proper 
identification. If you have Honeybees, we will recommend a beekeeper, and we will not treat the nest unless it poses a human health and safety risk (a rare circumstance). The other stingers listed above, once identified will be treated. We will then return in about a week to make sure the nest has been eliminated and seal up any entry points if necessary.
Seasonal Pest Service
For Box Elder Bugs, Conifer Seed Bugs, Clover and Spider Mites, and Miller Moths. These services are available because of the high number of insects observed, both inside and outside the home or business. This service includes two visits anywhere from 2 weeks to a month apart to provide a satisfactory reduction of activity.
Specialty Pest Service
Includes Flies (fruit flies, drain flies, phorid flies, green and blue bottle flies, house flies, and cluster flies), Fleas, Carpet Beetles, Mosquitoes, and other miscellaneous insect pest issues. Depending upon the specific type of pest, your service can range from a single service to up to 3 services. These services can be challenging, and identification of the correct pest will provide the best chance of eliminating the problem.
Wood Destroying Pest Service
For Carpenter Ants, Carpenter Bees, Wood Boring Beetles, and Termites. Although not all that common in Colorado, they are something that we do observe. These services can be extensive and again, identification is key. Once the correct pest is identified we will prescribe a plan to eliminate the problem.
