Listed below are some of the common pests we provide pest control services for. We also provide wildlife control.
Rodent Service
This service is for mice and rats. In most situations our goal is to identify where the rodents are getting inside the
home or business. Once these areas are identified we will seal up the rodent entry points, set taps inside to remove the current population, and a return visit in 2-3 days to remove the trap rodents. This service typically comes with a 6 month warranty, but is dependent upon our ability to inspect the entire structure.
Cockroach Service
For the cockroaches of Colorado, most commonly the German Cockroach, it can also be used for the American and Oriental Cockroach. These services can be in commercial or residential settings. The approach is to use a combination of different tools to eliminate the infestations as quickly as possible. This services requires customer cooperation, and we provide a prep-sheet that needs to be followed. In most situations cockroaches can be eliminated in a few services with customer cooperation, but can linger on without assistance from the customer.
Bed Bug Service
A service that requires a lot of customer cooperation. We provide prep-sheets that need to be followed in aiding in the elimination of the pest problem. We only provide conventional treatments for bed bugs, meaning we use insecticides. We do not offer heat treatments, but can provide recommendations upon request. The average bed bug service takes 2-3 visits to eliminate, and depends greatly upon customer cooperation.
Pantry Pest Services
For some of the most common pantry pests (Indian Meal Moth, Cloth Moth, Grain Beetles, Etc.). These services are more dedicated to inspecting the infested areas in attempt to find the source of infestation. Once the source is identified, the remaining insects can be either treated or trapped. Typical service takes 2 visits.
Stinging Insect Service
For Yellow Jackets, Paper Wasps, Bald Faced Hornets, and Honey Bees. The service begins with proper identifications. If you have Honey Bees we will recommend a bee keeper, and we will not treat the nest, unless is poses a human health and safety risk (rare). The other stingers listed above, once identified will be treated. We will then return in about a week to make sure the nest hasn’t re-established and seal up any entry points if needed.
Seasonal Pest Service For Box Elder Bugs, Conifer Seed Bugs, Clover and Spider Mites and Miller Moths. These services are generally necessary due to the high number of insects observed, both inside and outside of the home or business. This service includes two visits anywhere from 2 weeks to a month apart to provide a reduction of activity.
Specialty Pest Service Includes Flies (fruit flies, drain flies, phorid flies, green and blue bottle flies and cluster flies), Fleas, Carpet Beetles and other miscellaneous insect pest issues. Depending upon the specific type of pest, your service can range from a single service to 3 services. These services can be very challenging and identification of the correct pest will provide the best chance of eliminating the problem.
Wood Destroying Pest Service
For Carpenter Ants, Carpenter Bees, Wood Boring Beetles and Termites. Although not all that common in
Colorado, they are something that we see. These services can very extensive and again, identification is key. Once the correct pest is identified we will prescribe a plan to eliminate the problem.
One-Time Service for Common Pests
For customers that have a one time problem (spiders, ants, centipedes, millipedes, pill bugs, earwigs or crickets) and are not in need of a regular service. Some times the one-time service includes a follow-up visit to make sure that we solved the pest problem.
Monthly Service
A regular service, most often used by commercial customers for general pest control and rodents when they are required to by law. (Restaurants, Manufacturing, Apartments, Etc.)
Every Other Month Service
A regular service for some commercial customers and mostly residential customers. This is the recommended service for your general home because the insecticides we use only have a residual (are only effective) for 60 days, so by maintaining the exterior of your home you are protected year around. And you are given a 365 day warranty on pest issues on the interior of your home with this service.
Custom Service
For both commercial and residential customers. It is very similar to the Every Other Month Service except instead of 6 services per year there are only four. This is a less expensive service plan because is eliminates the cold season services. We recommend either April, June, August, and October, or March, May, July, and September. This service comes with a 60 day warranty from the previous service, so it leaves you a little vulnerable at the end of the fall.
