We have been truly blessed since we opened our doors in August of 2016. At that time, it was just me (a team of 1) providing services for customers across the Front Range. We have continued to grow and added additional employees along the way. This type of growth has come with growing pains and a few more grey hairs than I would like to admit. During our growth the one thing that kept me up at night was making sure that we as a company were still providing the quality of service that the customers deserved. To make sure we kept up with the best possible quality service and customer service my wife and I devoted a lot of our time to hiring the best employees and training them so they could provide the same quality of service that we established and expected. To ensure that our customers get the best service possible we truly believe in taking care of our employees, as they are the front line for us. Our employees are paid more than the industry average for pest control technicians, and they are given benefits that make working at Northern Colorado Pest and Wildlife Control a top landing spot within the pest control industry.
Fast forward six years and Northern Colorado Pest and Wildlife Control has grown more than my wife and I could have ever dreamed. Our quality of service, customer service and treatment of our employees has really paved the way for our success. We now have 9 technicians across the Front Range, from the Wyoming border south to Centennial. With this many employees, and due to many requests from our customers, we are now expanding our service area to include the following cities and surrounding areas; Laporte, Red Feather Lakes, Crystal Lakes, Masonville, Drake, Estes Park, Allenspark, Nederland, Ward, and Black Hawk.
We are truly excited to expand our service area and customers in those areas can expect the same quality service for both pest control and wildlife management. Due to the extra long driving distances, there may be a trip charge in addition to the service charges. We are open and honest and will be the first one to tell you that we are not the cheapest pest control company in Colorado, but we are the best. We look forward to welcoming new customers to our pest control family.
